1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your AuraPlug.xyz subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new monthly subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• One-time dataset purchases once the download link has been accessed.
• API credits or consumed Tesla API calls.
• Subscriptions where the 7-day refund window has passed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@auraplug.xyz with your account email and transaction ID. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
