AuraPlug.xyz is an AI-powered intelligence platform operated by the Personal AI Council. We provide market signals (MiroFish), premium datasets (India Startups, Freelance Market, Crypto Alpha), and digital downloads. The Service is provided "as is" and is for informational purposes only.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing and to maintain the security of your account and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, datasets, and proprietary AI signals provided through the Service are the intellectual property of the Personal AI Council. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the data for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape our data without explicit written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Personal AI Council and its agents shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment decisions, or damages arising from the use of our signals or datasets. Market data is volatile and AI-generated insights are probabilistic, not guaranteed.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or us.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
